Molding • Automatic molding with Sinto FBO III 20x24 machine having quick change-over capabilities specializing in low and higher volume needs. • Manual match-plate molding with Osborn 3161(1) and 3191 (2) Roto-Lifts to accommodate a wide range of flask sizes from 18”x18” to 32”x46”s. • Air-set molding with a Castec mixer to accommodate prototypes, Cope & Drag tooling, and loose pattern molding. • Permanent mold process offers Gravity, Semi, and Tilt capabilities.
Core Making • Shell core capabilities with B&P 200’s (4), Dependable 200’s (2) and 100 (1). Air-set process to handle small volume production needs.
Melting • Melting with 1000 to 1500 lb crucible furnaces (11). We offer a wide selection of aluminum alloys to best suit our customer needs. Alloys currently available are 319, 355, 356, A356, 535 & 713. |
